Episode 164 - Difficult Conversations Role Play, Part 2

It took one hundred twenty four episodes, but Josh finally gets the opportunity to erase the nightmare of "Waterfall Bob". In our second part of the Difficult Conversations Role Play series the table is flipped, and Josh puts relentless pressure on Bob to settle on the next available candidate instead of waiting to hire the right person. Listen in as Bob works his tail off to get his boss to understand the value of never settling in the hiring process. We hope you like the episode and look forward to your feedback!
